Volunteer Registration Form
Please consider giving Tails of Help a hand in your community.
Tails of Help has a Fundraising team composed of an industry expert, volunteers and members from our executive team. The strategic plan is well underway, professional in nature and structured to ensure volunteers have the required training and support from our executive and the resources to complete activities in a fun and effective way! Please see descriptions below for some key positions we are seeking to fill. (below the registration form)
The Tails of Help Fundraising team is recruiting lead coordinators and volunteers in 5 key areas:
1. Sponsorship & Philanthropy
2. Events Fundraising
3. Government Grants Fundraising
4. Agency Fundraising, and
5. Veterinary Clinic Fundraising
Along with Tails of Help Executive, the 5 lead coordinators and volunteers will help recruit volunteers to implement plans and activities in each the above 5 key areas, conduct volunteer orientation, lead volunteer communications and coordinate volunteer activities. Tails of Help will provide all materials, necessary coaching & mentoring about Tails of Help and related roles and activities. Experience in coordinating people, working with teams and any previous fundraising work is a strength but not a requirement. Any special skills such as writing, research, public speaking, organising events and experience with the ABVMA will be invaluable in certain areas of our work. Each of the 5 lead coordinators will be a member of the Tails of Help Fundraising Executive Committee. We are looking for people with a passion for the purpose of Tails of Help and above all, people who love working with others.
Fundraising events will be held this year in Edmonton, Calgary, Northern Alberta, Central Alberta, and Southern Alberta. If this interests you, either as a volunteer or a lead coordinator, and/or you know someone who would love to give us a hand in either of these roles, please let us know by using the registration form above on this web page.
